R. Royce Wright

Chairman of the Board

R. Royce Wright, is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University. He is a licensed real estate broker and realtor in the State of Oklahoma and Certified Property Manager (CPM). Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Capital Assets, Inc.

During his management career, he has managed over 20,000 apartment units and over 3,200,000 square feet of commercial space. Mr. Wright has opened approximately 14 new apartment communities totaling 3,216 units in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas and successfully rehabilitated, modernized, and leased 30 apartment communities totaling approximately 8,500 units. He has been involved in the sale of several apartment properties and real estate projects in Oklahoma and surrounding region. Mr. Wright has also developed three residential subdivisions in the Tulsa Metro area. In 2003, NAIOP awarded Mr. Wright “The Deal of the Year” and in 2011 was inducted into the Tulsa Apartment Association Hall of Fame.

His affiliations have included the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Greg Wright

President

Greg Wright is a graduate of Baylor University. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. Currently, he is a CPM, licensed Broker in Oklahoma and the sole stockholder and President of Capital Assets, Inc., a development and management company.

Capital Assets, Inc., a development, management, leasing and brokerage company, presently manages over 3,000 units of apartments and has managed approximately 234,000 square feet of commercial space. Capital Assets manages these properties for third party clients and for their own account.

Mr. Wright has served as President for the Tulsa IREM Chapter in 2015-16. He was the 2004 President of the Tulsa Apartment Association. He served on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Multi-family Housing Association, held the position of First Vice President of the Tulsa Apartment Association and was the 1999 President of the Tulsa Apartment Association.

His career began in 1995 with Capital Assets, Inc. During his tenure he has opened four properties, managed over 10,000 units of apartments, and 334,000 square feet of commercial space and as many as 180 employees.

Currently, his main focus is on acquiring new properties and developments for our portfolio. Additionally, he is leading the management company with oversight of the apartments as an Asset Manager with the goal of increasing the net income for the partners.

He prides himself on resident, employee and client relations understanding that personal relationships are the key to a successful management company.

Jennifer Johnson -CPM

Vice President of Property Management

Jennifer Johnson is from New Orleans Louisiana and joined the Capital Assets Team in 2008. Jennifer has over 16 years of experience in the Multi-Family Industry and earned her CPM Designation through IREM in 2015.

She is currently the Vice Chairmen of the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) and an IREM Tulsa Chapter Board Member. Jennifer’s responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations for over 3,000 units in 3 different markets. Jennifer is committed to the success of each property and is dedicated to the development and motivation of the onsite teams.

Ben Replogle

Controller

Ben Replogle is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance. He then attended Northeastern State University, where he achieved a Masters in Data Analytics.

Ben joined Capital Assets, Inc. as a staff accountant in 2022, and was promoted to Controller in January 2024.

Currently, his main focus is generating timely, efficient, and accurate financials reports for the partners and clients of Capital Assets. He is motivated by improving and advancing the financial reports for our portfolio, so clients and partners are armed with the best and most advanced information available, to develop and improve their properties.

Jessica A. Wadley

Regional Director

Jessica Wadley, a Tulsa native, joined the Capital Assets team in 2006. Jessica has over 25 years of Multi-Family experience and earned her CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association in 2021.

She is currently responsible for overseeing a portfolio of over 1500 units. She strives to create a work environment that encourages superior customer service, employee growth and retention, and professionalism. In 2013, Jessica was named TAA’s Property Supervisor of the Year. She remains dedicated to continued education and maximizing property performance.

Allen Collins

Renovation Specialist

Allen Collins is the Regional Maintenance Director and is responsible for overseeing renovation progress and capital improvement projects throughout the entire Capital Assets Portfilio. Allen is dedicated to the continued education and training of the onsite maintenance teams and building and maintaining professional vendor relationships.

Jack Wright

Junior Executive

Jack Wright joined Capital Assets as a Junior Executive in 2025, becoming the third generation of the Wright family to manage and lead the company. His grandfather, Royce Wright, founded Capital Assets in 1979, and his father, Greg Wright, currently serves as president.

Jack brings a unique blend of academic excellence, leadership, and athletic discipline to our team. He holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Coaching from the University of North Dakota, which he completed in just 3.5 years, showcasing his strong time management skills and dedication. During his time at UND, he was a key player on the football team for four seasons and was selected by the coaching staff to serve on the Leadership Council, highlighting his leadership and teamwork abilities. For two consecutive years, Jack was recognized for his academic achievements by earning a place on the Dean’s Honor Roll as an athlete.

Jack furthered his education at the University of Tulsa, where he completed an MBA in 18 months while also playing his final football season. In recognition of his academic and athletic excellence, he was named to the 2024-2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Football Team, an honor awarded to the nation’s top student-athletes. Jack’s outstanding performance both on and off the field reflects his strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and commitment to excellence, making him a valuable asset to our organization.

Jack's primary role is to collaborate with all facets of the company from daily operations to partner communications, focusing on new acquisitions and asset management.

Abigail Averitt

Marketing Coordinator

Abigail Averitt joined the Capital Assets Team as a Marketing Coordinator in 2024, bringing a creative and strategic approach to marketing. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Advertising and a minor in English Writing, Abigail is passionate about creating engaging campaigns that drive results. Her experience includes social media management, copywriting, media planning, and project leadership, demonstrating her ability to connect with diverse audiences and achieve impactful outcomes.
